Undertaken in association with Matthews Architecture the Music Building at Great Southern Grammar was designed with a light bright internal street, large enough to double as a performance and social space rather than just a corridor.
The North side of the buildings contains the large classrooms, tutorial rooms and recording studio with high level sound proofing. The south side of the building contains smaller rooms for one on one music lessons as well as staff facilities and amenities. Views from the building are framed through window boxes that take advantage of the pleasant surroundings.
